Edna Joy Eleuterius Short

Mrs. Edna Joy Eleuterius Short, age 83, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015. Mrs. Short was born New Orleans and was a longtime resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Biloxi. She is preceded in death by her husband: Carl Short, Jr.; and parents: George Eleuterius and Connie Cobb Eleuterius. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Rebel (David) Hines, Trilby (Sid) Trahan, Leslie (Patrick) McGee and Carl Short III; grandchildren: Rachael Hines, Kellie Hines, Sean McGee, Logan T. Short, Laurie Rittersbach and Jennifer Schenski; and two great grandchildren: Brehnam D. Schenski and Cohen Hines. Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
