Edward Joseph Geiser, Jr.

Edward Joseph Geiser, Jr., 88, of Biloxi, MS died Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Ed (known to many as Grandpa) was born December 31, 1928 in Moorestown, NJ and has been a resident of Biloxi for the past 60 years. He worked as a carpenter in Biloxi for many years. Ed’s passion was his wood working. He took great pride in all of his projects. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward J. and Grace (Fletcher) Geiser; his wife, Marian Arcement Geiser; his grandson, Robert A. Geiser, Jr.; and his sister, Grace Geiser Wells. Ed is survived by his sons, Edward J. (Julia) Geiser, III, James C. (Celeste) Geiser, Robert A. (Myrna) Geiser and Michael R. (Elaine) Geiser; his daughters, Marian (Frank) Jarvis and Betty (Steve) Jung; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Elenor Gallagher and Elaine Stephens . A special thanks to all the men he worked with in the Biloxi area throughout the years, especially Joe Collins and Lloyd Moon. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
