Edward O. Wilson, 50, of Latimer died Friday, December 22, 2006 in Ocean Springs.
Mr. Wilson was born in Biloxi, MS and was a life-long resident of the MS Gulf Coast. Mr. Wilson was a 1974 graduate of Biloxi High School. He was an Electrical Quality Engineer with Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding and was a former member of Local 733 Electrical Union.
He was saved and a member of Bethel Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Latimer. He was disabled since May 18, 2001 due to Multiple Myeloma Cancer.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his brother, James E. Wilson and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph L. Wilson.
Edward is survived by his wife of 26 years, Debbie Teague Wilson; one son, Keith Edward Wilson and one daughter, Amanda Lee Wilson all of Latimer; a sister, Ila Ann Higginbotham (Gene); a brother, Ralph Alan Wilson (Deborah); a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Walter and Angela Teague all of Saucier and sister-in-law Kristi Wilson of Biloxi; as well as many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes, 911 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, MS. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006 in the chapel of the Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Bethel Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Latimer.
