Elfrieda Goff

Mrs. Elfrieda Goff, 88, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Friday, September 19, 2008, in Ocean Springs. She was a longtime reisdent of the Coast and a member of Community of Christ Church. A loving mother and grandmother she will be truly missed. Mrs. Goff was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd B. Goff; parents, Robert T. and Twila Loper Cochran; sisters, Irma and Bennie Cochran; and brothers, Artis, Oran, Robert and Donald Cochran. She is survived by her daughter, Elfrieda (Mark) Slezak of Random Lake, WI; sons, Robert Cochran, and Daniel (Tommie Jean) Cochran, all of McLain, MS, and Johnny (Janice) Boone of San Diego, CA; nine grandchildren, Colby Slezak, Thelma Louise Raines, Vickie Ross, Kenneth Cochran, Timothy Cochran, David Cochran, Candice Hawkins, Danny Wayne Cochran and Kathy Cochran; and sixteen great grandchildren Visitation: 5 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at Community of Christ Church in Vancleave. Visitation: one hour before service. Burial in Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Community of Christ Church, 12205 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Vancleave, MS 39565.
