Elizabeth Ann McDaniel

Mrs. Elizabeth Ann McDaniel, 76, of Ocean Springs, MS went to her special place in Heaven on August 6, 2006. A longtime Ocean Springs resident, Mrs. McDaniel was born and raised in Scituate, Massachussetts. It was there that she met her husband of 53 years. She can be remembered cooking and crocheting for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar W. Whittaker and Katherine Lacy; her daughter Kathryn McDaniel; her two sisters, Barbara and Katherine Whittaker and her brother, Robert Whittaker. She is survived by her husband, Malcolm "Mack" McDaniel, 86; her sister, Dorothy Stone; nine children, Jimmy McDaniel, Tammy McDaniel, Malcolm McDaniel, Johnny McDaniel, Annette Osborn,, Dorothy McDaniel, Mary McDaniel, Nancy Watling, and Barbara McDaniel; twenty three grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2006 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Thursday, August 10, 2006. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
