Elizabeth Noel Graham

Elizabeth Noel Graham, 46, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, June 4, 2018 at her home in Biloxi. Mrs. Graham was a devoted and loving wife, mother and friend and a well-loved member of the Community. She was active at Joppa Shriners where her husband is Potentate. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra J. Williams of Biloxi; and her father-in-law, James “Alfred” Graham, Jr. of Nashville, TN. Mrs. Graham is survived by her husband, James A. Graham, III; her father, Marshall J. “Bob” Williams; her mother-in-law, Mary Odelle Graham of Nashville, TN; three sons, Christopher “John” Wetzel, Jr., David John Wetzel and Michael John Wetzel; two brothers, Marshall J. Williams, Jr. of Biloxi and Roderick Brent (Becky) Williams of Biloxi; and three sisters, Cynthia (Rickey) Hood of Biloxi, Vivian J. (Frankie) Castiglia of Long Beach and Sandra D. (Jackie) Parker of Biloxi. She is also survived by her uncles, George (Linda) Pegler, Joe (Beverly) Williams, Wayne (Anne) Williams and Bill Williams, all of Biloxi; and her sister-in-law, Jane (Mark) Craig of Nashville, TN. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospitals for Children. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Woolmarket Baptist Church on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 9:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Poplar Head United Methodist Church Cemetery in Saucier, MS. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
