Elizabeth Louise Smith

Elizabeth Louise Smith, 67, of Biloxi, MS died on Sunday, November 8, 2009. Mrs. Smith was a dedicated military spouse, traveling and moving for over 20 years. She had been a resident of the MS Gulf Coast since 2005 where she attended Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. She was a dedicated homemaker, wife and mother. She enjoyed sewing and crafts, donating her efforts to various cancer societies. Mrs. Smith was also active in many civic organizations. Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Williams; brother, David Williams; sister, Becky Williams. She is survived by her husband, William Henry "Bill" Smith; mother, Estelle Williams; son, Bradley D. (Margaret Ann) Smith; sisters, Diane Taylor and Marie Adams; brother, Ralph J. "Bud" Williams and a host of nieces and nephews and a special aunt Helen. The family would like to thank Dr. Edwin Davidson and Dr. Allison Wall along with the 3B oncology staff at Gulfport Memorial Hospital and Kare-In-Home Homecare. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to: American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507 or Our Lady of Fatima, 2090 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS 39531. A Mass of Christian burial will be on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 12:15 pm at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until mass time.
