Elizabeth Ann Carroll Taggart

Elizabeth Ann Carroll Taggart, 63, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Ocean Springs. She was born August 7, 1954 in Baton Rouge, LA. She retired from the Ocean Springs School District and was currently employed with Wal-Mart. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Theodore and Mary Carroll. Survivors include her son, Robert "Robby" Sean Carroll; brother, Robert (Rhonda) Carroll; sisters, Lynn Wolfram of Middleburg, FL, Bobbie (Gary) Porter of Wade; nieces, Lindsey Wolfram of Jacksonville, FL, Elizabeth "Beth" Porter of Moss Point, and Lucy Robin Carroll (J.R.) Rushing of Ocean Springs; nephews, John (Tasha) Porter of Purvis and Blaine Carroll of Vancleave; great-nephew, Jack Sutton Porter of Purvis; and companion, Russell Horst. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Williams, Dr. Johnson, the wonderfl Surgery Operating Team, and SICU. Especially Angie Bonita, RN and Stephanie Conner for their loving, compassionate care they gave Elizabeth and the family. And a special thank you to and Denise Rajnic, Nursing Supervisor, Sandy Hoover, Nurse Manager, and Derrick Howell RN PCC. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., with a memorial service from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., all Friday, March 9, 2018 at Pine Lake Baptist Church, on Highway 57 in Vancleave. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
