Elsie Elaine Grossman

Elaine Grossman, age 83, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017. She was born in Baton Rouge, LA and was a long-time resident of Biloxi, MS. She was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired Civil Service at Keesler Air Force Base as a purchasing agent. Elaine was a member of Popps Ferry Road Baptist Church in Biloxi and The Red Hat Society. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Donald W. Grossman; daughter, Terri Otto and grand-dog, Precious; son, Jerry (Wandea) Bougard; stepson, Kenneth (Liz) Grossman and grand-daughter, Katie Elaine DeBelle. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors. The Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe is in charge of arrangements.
