Elsie Switzer Freeman

Elsie Switzer Freeman, 90, of Biloxi died Tuesday, January 8, 2008 in Ocean Springs. Elsie was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, "Cotton" Freeman. Survivors include her daughters, Dorothy Hester, Lois Smith, Rosemary Catchot, sons, Raymond Freeman, Leo Freeman, sisters, Lucille Walker, Ruth Beard. Survivors also include 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Visitation is Thursday, January 10, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 11, 2008 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 10:00 a.m. Friends may visit one half hour prior to Mass. Interment in Biloxi City Cemetery.
