Emily Katherine Lawrence

Emily Katherine Lawrence, 48, of Biloxi, MS passed away Monday, October 23, 2023. Emily was born December 11, 1974 in San Jose, CA to Michael Laden Sr. and Nannette Louise Beaugez.

Emily received an associate’s degree from MGCCC. She lived life with an intensity that belied her fragile health, embracing all her challenges with strength and love. If Emily loved you, you knew you were loved. She loved her husband, Dean, most of all. They were perfect for each other. She also enjoyed spending as much time with her grandchildren as she could.  Emily was a loving wife, mom, grandma, and sister who will be missed dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Michael Laden Sr. and Nannette L. Beaugez-Kuhl; and brothers, Ryan A. Laden and Daniel J. Laden.

Survivors include her husband, Dean Lawrence; dad, Dave Kuhl; children, Alyssa Lawrence and Jared Lawrence; several grandchildren, and siblings, Michael J. Laden Jr., David Kuhl, and James Kuhl.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Friday, October 27, 2023 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit at 10 am. Flower arrangements may be sent to Bradford-O’Keefe on 911 Porter Ave., Ocean Springs, MS.
