Emma Williams, 87, of D'Iberville, MS passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 in Biloxi. Ms. Williams will be transferred from the care of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi to Wright's Funeral Home in Quitman, MS for services.
