Ennis Jere' Blau

Mrs. Jere' Blau, age 92, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Thursday, February 7, 2008, in Pascagoula. Mrs. Blau was a native of Alabama and had retired from Keesler AFB Civil Service. She was a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church where she served on the Church Vestry committee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete J. Blau, daughter, JoAnna L. Stolze, brother, Edward Lowe, mother, Estelle Hornsby, sister, Margaret Welsh, grandson, John D. Whitehouse and nephew, Donald R. Medlen. Survivors include a granddaughter, Donna E. Whitehouse, grandson, James David Whitehouse, niece, Dy'Adra Medlen, all of Ocean Springs, two nephews, Michael K. Medlen of Newton, AL. and J. Steven Welsh of Gramersy, AL., 8 great-grandchildren, 4 great-nephews, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, February 11, 2008, from 11 AM - 1 PM, with a 1 PM church service, all at St. Johns Episcopal Church. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
