Ernestine Elaine Smith, 62, of Biloxi, died Saturday, April 1, 2006 in Biloxi. Ms. Smith was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. She was a daycare worker.She was a member of New Life Family Church. Ms. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Queenie Helveston, one sister Yvonne Burke and two brothers Virgil and Willard Helveston. Survivors include two daughters, Tiffany Smith and Tammy Smith Helton (Darwin), one son, Carl Smith, Jr. (Vivianna), one sister, Merrill Krumbeck, and one brother, Lloyd Helveston, Sr., and caregiver Yolanda Lewis, and former husband, Carl Smith, Sr. six grandchildren, Venessa, Govanny, Camilo, Andres, Shoyna, and Darwin Jr. Service will be 7:00 P.M Thursday, April 6, 2006 at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pass Road, Biloxi, where friends may visit from 5 until 8:00 P.M.
