Eves (Snookie) Vincent, Jr. 83, of Biloxi, died Thursday, September 13, 2007 in Biloxi. Mr. Vincent was a native of Biloxi, retired Chief in the U.S. Coast Guard, member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, member of Golden Age Club, and retired from Biloxi V.A. after 20 years as a nursing assistant. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Lepre Vincent, parents Eves Vincent Sr. and Ella Olier Vincent. Survivors include two daughters, Mary E. Corley and husband Leonard, and Marilyn E. Glaskox, two sons, Eves Vincent III and his wife Mary Helen, Melvin B. Vincent and his wife Deborah, sister, Inez Slater, brother, Elvin P. Vincent, sister-in-law, Mary Lepre, nine grandchildren, Douglas, Gregory, Melvin Jr., Denise, Mellisa, Christopher, Morgan, Theresa and Audrey. Survivors also include twelve great grandchildren, Calvin, Cameron, Kelly, Joshua, Cameron, Matthew, Elisha, Melenie, Blake, Kadence, Valerie and Kalyn. Visitation is Sunday September 16, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, September 17, 2007, 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Seelos Catholic Church, 360 Lameuse St., Biloxi. Friends may visit one hour prior to Mass.
