Frances Elizabeth Alley

Frances Elizabeth Parrette Alley age 73 passed away Thursday, March 24, 2011. Ms. Alley was born in Vicksburg, MS to Johnnie and Essie Parrette on October 4, 1937. She graduated from D’Iberville High School in 1955 and was a lifelong resident of D’Iberville, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald "Pete" Alley; sisters, Nell Alford, Earline Meredith, Marie McInnis and Sybil Sinicropi; and a brother, Emmette "Buddy" Parrette. Survivors include three sons, Mark (Teresa) Alley, Tim (Angela) Alley, and Scott (Johnnie) Alley; six Grandchildren, Todd, Matthew, Chad, Daryl, Taylor and Bubbie; three Great Grandchildren whom she adored, Garrett, McKenzie and Saylor all of Biloxi; sisters, Nancy Chisesi of Gulfport, and Bobbie Jean Dimitry of Pascagoula; and a brother Richard Alawine of Jackson, MS. A gathering celebrating her life will be held Monday, March 28, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank Dr. James Clarkson, the Singing River Hospital System and the entire staff of We Care Hospice for the care they provided her in the final days of her life.
