Frances Kendricks Headley

Frances Kendricks Headley, age 87, of Mobile died Monday, October 17, 2011 in Mobile, AL. She was born in Norfolk, NE and was a former resident of Saucier since 1964. She retired in 1980 from the Bookkeeping Department at Harrison County Chancery Clerk’s Office. She was a member of Saucier United Methodist Church and Chickasaw Alabama Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, John Wesley Kendricks, Sr. and her husband of 6 years, John D. Headley; a daughter, Susan Martino and her husband, Kenneth Wayne Martino, Sr.; a brother, Loren Heatley; and three sisters Ruth Heatley, Alice Riley, and Letha Weller, She is survived by three daughters, Sherry (Homer) Helmandollar of Eight Mile, AL, Debbra (Robert) Tillman of Long Beach, Tina (Roland) Lizana of Leakesville ; two sons, John Wesley (Yolanda) Kendricks, Jr. of Saucier and Michael Lee (Suzanne) Kendricks, Sr. of Echo, LA; 42 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 3 great great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road, Gulfport where friends may visit beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Wolf River Cemetery in Harrison County.
