Frank J. Szczepanski

Frank James Szczepanski Jr., age 86, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022.

Frank was born in Calumet City, Illinois. He was a resident of Ocean Springs, Mississippi since 1969. He was a veteran for the United States Air Force, and he relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana to assist in the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility with fuel delivery systems. Frank worked as an engineer for Ingalls and after forty-six years, he retired. He had a passion for golf, sports, fishing and reading the sports page.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia “Ginger” Szczepanski; father, Frank James Szczepanski Sr.; mother, Adeline Szczepanski; and two brothers, Jerry and Martin J. Szczepanski.

He is survived by his son, Steven (Elizabeth) Szczepanski; and brother, Jimmy (Sherry) Szczepanski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Friends may visit from 10:30 AM until service time. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Ocean Springs.
