Frankie Allene Stepper

Mrs. Frankie A. Stepper, 77, of Biloxi, MS, died Thursday, January 15, 2009, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Stepper was born in Pemiscott, Missouri and had been a resident of the coast since 1997. She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints in N. Biloxi. Mrs. Stepper was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Jo Morton. Survivors include her daughter, Glenda Green; sister, Anna Jo Millican of Arkansas; brother, Charles Pardue of Tennessee; six grandchildren, Michelle Bernard, Kenneth Pulliam, Gary Knutz, Cassie Kuntz, Charlie Morton, and Tommie Morton; and seven great grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009, at 1 p.m. at The Church of Latter Day Saints. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
