Franklin Felton Edwards

Franklin Felton Edwards, Jr., age 68, died Thursday, October 8, 2015 in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born in Kosciusko, MS. He was a longtime resident of the Coast and of the Hattiesburg area. Franklin was a United States Army Veteran, a Retired Truck Driver and a Member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin F. Edwards, Sr.; his mother, Louise Williams; brother, Gary Dean Edwards; and sister, Jannice Marie Edwards. Franklin is survived by two daughters, Shannon (Jessie) Styron and Tannice (John) Terry; son, Christopher (Kara) Edwards; sister, Vivian (Jerry) Jose; three brothers, Charles (Martha) Edwards, Robert (Margie) Edwards, and Terry (Charlotte) Edwards; grandchildren, Sabrina Downs, Jessie Styron Jr., Kaylie Edwards, Nathan Lee Terry, Jalin Rose Terry, Johnathan Isaiah Terry, Caiden Walter Terry, Gracelin Louise Terry; and four great-grandchildren, Jadeah Brook, Braxton, Sabrey, and Jazper. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Christian Fellowship Church at 11:00 a.m. Friends may visit 2 hours prior.
