Franklin Coursey Summers

Franklin Coursey Summers, 75, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away peacefully in Columbia, MS on February 27, 2022. Frank was a longtime resident of Bay St. Louis. He loved John Wayne, dancing with his wife, and spending time with his family.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Summers and parents, E.L. and Lillian Summers.

He is survived by his sister, Jacquelyn Purdy; his six sons, Luke (Yvonne), Mark (Shannon), Peter (Tammy), Paul (Jess), Charles (Louise) and Robert Bates; 1 nephew; 21 grandchildren; and lived a great life to see 20 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service is Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit from 11:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Summers family.
