Frederick "Fred" Cecil Lowery

Frederick “Fred” Cecil Lowery, age 70, of Biloxi, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.

Fred was born and raised in Biloxi, MS completing 9th grade at St. Martin High School. He worked as a self-employed construction worker most of his life. He loved fishing, carpentry work, baseball and spending time with family. He was a longtime fan of the Atlanta Braves.

Fred is preceded in death by his parents, George and Josephine Lowery; siblings, Margaret Cram, William (Bill) Lowery and Martha Vaughn; and his step son, Ian Therrien.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Lowery; children, Cody and Rachel Lowery; step sons, Daniel Therrien and Garrett Goff; grandchildren, Gideon Lowery, Evalynn, Audrey, Alexis and Gracie White, Ciannyn, Lennyn, Kiano, and Lori Therrien, and Caleb and Noah Goff; and siblings, Mary Stephens, Patsy Lecroy, Jean Sharkey, Shannon Taylor, George Lowery Jr., Harry Lowery and John Lowery.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit one hour prior.
