Frederick Monroe Howell III

Mr. Frederick Monroe Howell III, or Paw Paw age 63, of Ocean Springs, MS, journeyed to his forever sleep on Saturday, June 22, 2024, in his home in the arms of his family and loving wife.

He was born on July 9, 1960 in Rome, Georgia to Frederick Monroe Howell II and Floy Bailey Howell. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Mercer University, Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Ph.D Human Resources Management A.B.D. Paw Paw’s greatest accomplishment and enjoyment in his everyday life was his loving wife, children, grandchildren and all the people who he got to know in this world.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy E. Howell.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Lizabeth Carmack Howell, children, Amanda, Melissa, John, Jennie, Rick, Kristin, Molly, Patrick, Nicholas, Sarah, David, Katie, Joseph, Haleigh and the best for last Jessica, grandchildren, Madison, Anna, Michael, Alicia, Marlee, Angel, Henry, Roe, Winnie, Josh, Evelyn, JJ and Hazel, siblings, Diane Truluck, Leslie Howell and Kevin Howell and sixteen named chickens and five rescued dogs.

On Saturday, June 29, 2024, there will be an 11 am Celebration of Life at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home.
