Fredrick Warren "Freddy" Jones

Fredrick Warren “Freddy” Jones, age 71, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020 in Mobile, AL. Freddy was born October 27, 1948 in Fayetteville, NC. He was a donations coordinator for Mission of Hope in Mobile. He enjoyed reading, watching sports, and listening to classic rock. Freddy was predeceased by his mother, Mary Evelyn Cain Diaz and brother, Victor Jerome Jones. Survivors include his father, Roland J. Diaz, Sr.; brother, Roland J. Diaz, Jr.; sister-in-law, Donna Diaz; nephews, Jonathan Diaz and R.J. Diaz; and pets, Cookie (dog) and Mama Cat (cat). The family would like to thank the men and women at Mission of Hope for showing the love and mercy of our Savior, Jesus Christ, over the last 12 years. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Mission of Hope, Mobile, AL. Freddy’s ashes will be scattered over the grounds of his beloved home at a later date.
