Frieda AnnaLiese Barton, 76, of Destin, FL., died Tuesday, February 6, 2007 in Destin, FL. Mrs. Barton was a longtime resident of Biloxi since 1953. She was a native of Mannheim-Sandhofen, Germany. She was retired from K-Mart in D'Iberville, MS. She loved ice skating, playing the accordian and dancing. Mrs. Barton was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Barton and her daughter Darlene Edwards. Survivors include two sons, Harold Scott Barton and his wife Danielle, of Gulfport, MS., and Loren Barton Jr. of Destin, FL., three grandchildren, Scottie Barton, Daniel Barton, and Sarah Barton, four great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, February 9, 2007 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Services will be at 12:30 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. (228) 374-5650.
