Gayla Stroble

Mrs. Gayla Stroble, age 62, of Gautier, MS., passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2009, in Moss Point, MS. Mrs. Stroble was a native of Midland, TX. and had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for twenty years. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and was employed with Computer Science Corporation in Pascagoula. She was a member of Gautier Pride and St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula. Mrs. Stroble was preceded in death by her parents, John and Laura Walsh. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Pugh of Gautier, MS., daughter, Anna Stroble of Atlanta, GA., step-daughter, Jeannette Mock of Richmond, VA., two sons, Charles Stroble of Bradenton, FL. and Robert Stroble of Spokane, WA., step-son, John Pugh of Boston, MA., two brothers, Edward Walsh of Wimberly, TX. and John Walsh, of Shreveport, LA., and three grandchildren, Sean Stroble, Colin Stroble and Rhyan Blews. Visitation will be on Monday, March 2, 2009, from 5-8 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Tuesday, March 3, 2009, there will be an 11 AM church service at St. John's Episcopal Church in Ocean Springs, where friends may call from 10 AM - 11 AM. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS., 39507.
