George A. "Peaches" Harris

Mr. George "Peaches" Harris, 90, of D'Iberville, died Wednesday, May 3, 2006 in Biloxi. Mr. Harris was a lifelong resident of the coast and a veteran of World War II. He also was member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville. Mr. Harris is survived by his wife, Jewel Harris of D'Iberville; four daughters, Cynthia Harris of Biloxi, MS, Deborah Richard of Wiggins, MS, Shelia Egger of Las Vegas, NV, and Trina Teubert of Dell City, OK; a brother, Robert Harris of Gulfport, MS; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at 10am in D'Iberville Memorial Park. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes on Pass Road in charge of arrangements.
