George Joseph Wescovich

Mr. George Joseph Wescovich, age 64, of Biloxi, MS., died Friday, May 4, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Wescovich was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He retired from the Mississippi Power Company at the Plant Watson Power Plant. He was a Catholic. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Sue Wescovich, his parents, Edna Chatham Braun and George Wescovich and his stepfather, Norman Braun. Survivors include two sons, Ira Wescovich and Eli Wescovich, two sisters, Kathy (Petsie) Jurich and Tina (Chris) Seawall, twin brother, Jerry (Elaine) Wescovich, brothers, Bobby (Patricia) Wescovich and Douglas Wescovich, and one expected granddaughter, Arianna Wescovich. Visitation will be on Thursday, May 10, 2007, from 1-2 PM, with a 2 PM Mass of Christian Burial, all at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Ocean Springs. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 4900 Riley Rd., Ocean Springs, MS. 39564. The Ocean Springs Chapel of BRADFORD O'KEEFE Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
