George M. McDonald, Jr.

Mr. George M. McDonald, Jr., 61, of Gulfport, MS, died Friday, February 16, 2007, at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. Mr. McDonald was a lifelong resident of Gulfport. He was born in Louisville, MS on August 26, 1945. Mr. McDonald is survived by his wife, Ada Lee McDonald; three daughters, Mrs. Damita Caviness-Lasso (Jorge), Mrs. Tashanika McDonald-Sims (Reginald), and Mrs. Beverly McDonald-Bennett (Connie) all of Gulfport; three sons; Mr. Keith R. McDonald of Gulfport, Mr. Dewayne M. Caviness of Petal, MS and Mr. Christopher V. McDonald of Las Vegas, NV; ten grandchildren, Demarcus Caviness, Derrick Murphy, Jr., D'Erecka Caviness, DeAnthony Caviness, James Sims, Jordan Sims, Delya Simis Raven Bennett, Ra'sion Bennett and Desiree' Caviness, and two great grandchildren, Travaughntay Caviness and Desire' Caviness all of Gulfport. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport, is in charge of arrangements.
