Geraldine T. Hill

Geraldine "Mimi" Gaisser Hill, 82, of Ocean Springs passed away peacefully on February 14, 2009, in Ocean Springs. She will always be affectionately remembered as everyone's sweetheart. Mrs. Hill was born in Margerum, AL. She is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hill, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Talmadge Gaisser, her sister, Martha Alice Sharpton, her brothers, Roy T. Gaisser, Jr. and Tyrus Gaisser, and her son-in-law, Donn Harloe. Survivors include her four children, Deborah Harloe of Biloxi, MS, James S. Hill and his wife, Mary Jane, of Rock Hill, SC, Donna Parker of Biloxi, MS, and William "Bill" Hill and his wife, Tammy, of Biloxi, MS, and son-in-law, Fabian Parker, of Biloxi, MS. Mimi also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren to cherish her memories. Geraldine's family would like to thank Sunplex Subacute Center for their years of faithful care and Ocean Springs Hospital's doctors, nurses and staff for their considerable effort in making her comfortable during her last days. Service will be Friday, February 20, 2009, 11:00 a.m. at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Homes where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment is in Biloxi National Cemetery.
