Gisela Maria Parker, age 59, was delivered unto the Lord on Saturday, October 28, 2006.
Mrs. Parker was born in Nurnberg, Germany on May 26, 1947. She served in the US Army as a Finance Specialist from 1976 to 1981. She last worked at Keesler AFB as a Finance Instructor. On November 10, 1967, she was married to James Parker in Nurnberg, Germany and to this union, one son, Herbert, was born. She attended Belle Fountain Baptist Church with her family and will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her husband, James Parker of Ocean Springs, one son, Herbert Parker and wife Dolores and their children, Alyssa, Elijah and James; her father, Karl Kroenert, brother, Konrad Kroenert and wife Erica and daughter Lisa, all of Nurnberg, Germany; her stepfather, Branislav Najdanovic of Vineland, NJ; sister, Jelena Sias and husband, Denver and their children, Amanda and Denny of Elktup, NJ; and brother, Branko Najdanovic, Jr. and wife Brenda and daughter, Ava of Vineland, NJ.
There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Biloxi National Cemetery. Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
