Glynda Marie Stockstill Moody, 65, of Gulfport, MS died on Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Mrs. Moody was a lifelong wife, mother and caregiver. She was the co-owner of K & G Trucking and also Sweet Taters Café in Moss Point. Mrs. Moody was also a cosmetologist and wigoloist for over 30 years.
Mrs. Moody is preceded in death by her parents, Valley May Love and John Morgan Stockstill.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth "Cotton" O'Neal Moody, Sr.; two daughters, Tarah (Ryan) Carr, Johnna Moody; two sons, Glenn (Chalice) Amacker, Andre (Dacia) Amacker; step-children, Chara (Ricky) Brock, Kenny (Amanda) Moody; 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Sunday, May 30, 2010 from 12:00 pm until at Mrs. Moody's residence, 388 Main St., Biloxi.
Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi was in charge of arrangements.
