Gordon Eli Koehler

Mr. Gordon Eli Koehler, age 84, of Vancleave, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017. Mr. Koehler was a lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast and was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a small engine mechanic and worked for Bud’s Mobile Homes for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eli and Julia Koehler. Survivors include his loving wife, Clara Koehler; daughters, Judy (Sammy) Meadows, Gail (Rusty) Falany, Dee Dee Auge and Diane (Mark) Carmel; brothers, Vernon (Pearl) Koehler and Art Koehler; grandchildren, Mickey Gray; Zane (Jenney) Gray, Dale (Sabrina) Fleming and Amy (Jeff) Michael; great grandchildren, Rebekah Fleming, Caroline Fleming, Katie Grace Michael and Lane Michael; and pet dachshund, Rosie. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Jackson County Animal Shelter, 4400 Audubon Dr., Gautier, MS 39553 Service will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
