Gregory King, owner of Gregg’s Coins in Biloxi, Mississippi,died on November
15th, 2012. He was 66.Gregg was born on September 8th, 1946 in Hattiesburg,
Mississippi. He joined the Army in 1968 where he proudly served his country as a Drill Sergeant. After his service he helped his father run Wiggins Feed Mill. He then opened Gregg’s Coins where he was the proud owner for over 30 years.
Gregg was a loving father,a doting grandfather, and a dear friend to many.
He was preceded in death
by his mother Martha Nell Gordy King and father Carley Newton King and is survived by a sister, Nelta (Tim) Black, and five children Tanya Paige King, Kristopher Gregory King, Tiffany (Chris) Werner,Kandice(Clinton) Hull, and Eric Brandon King. Four grandchildren Bailey King,Reagan Werner, Carson Werner,and Adelaide Hull also survive him.
A funeral mass to celebrate Gregg’s life will be held at St.Thomas the Apostle Catholic
Church in Long Beach, Mississippi on Monday, November 19th, 2012. Visitation will
begin in the church at 9:00 am and the Mass will start at 10:00 am. Internment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Wiggins will follow at noon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Thomas the Apostle
Catholic Church, 720 East Beach Blvd., Long Beach,MS 39560.
