Gregory Michael Hebert

Mr. Gregory Michael Hebert of Ocean Springs, MS, died on Monday, March 17, 2008, in Ocean Springs after a courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his father, Wade Hebert; a nephew; Brandon Taylor, father-in-law, George Pitalo; nieces Carley and Britany Jordan; and brother-in-law, Russ Jordan. Gregory is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cynthia P. Hebert of Ocean Springs; his mother, Lucille Hebert; sister, Sue Taylor; daughter, Tara Allen and her husband, Joe; son, Greg Hebert and his wife, Rachel; and one grandson, Joseph Allen, III, all of Biloxi. Mr. Hebert was born in San Diego, CA and was raised in Biloxi. He was a graduate of Biloxi High School and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. He served in the U. S. Army National Guard 8 years and was employed 42 years with Northrop-Grumman in Pascagoula as a Cost Analyst. Gregory was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and loved boating and fishing. The family wishes to give special thanks to family and friends who have held Gregory in their thoughts and prayers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at 4:30 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church where friends may visit from 3:30 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs is in charge of arrangements.
