Guy E. Green

Guy E. Green Mr. Green, 76, passed away Friday, January 1, 2016. He was a native and lifelong resident of the Coast. He was a retired commercial fisherman, he was a former Biloxi policeman and former Biloxi fireman. He was formerly employed with Western Geophysical Services. Lifetime member of BPOE #606 in Biloxi and he was honored as Elk of the year for 1995-1996. He is preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Betty Jo Green; parents, Henry and Frances Green; sister, Velma Green Tortorici, two brothers, Bill Green and Jack Green; first spouse, Jackie Green Clark; and granddaughter, Jennifer Wheat. Guy is survived by his four daughters, Gwen (Jimmy) Tootle; Annette (Ron) Wheat; Cindy (Greg) Herman and Guylene (Michael Clark) Green-Lerino; stepdaughter, Cheri Helt; eight grandchildren: Suzanne, Myranda, Tiffany, Ronnie, Alicia, Karli, Cecilia and Gregory; nine great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Loekie Green; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Southern Memorial Park.
