Gwenda (Gwen) Louise Patterson

Mrs. Gwenda (Gwen) Louise Patterson, age 73, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2005, in Biloxi, MS. Mrs. Patterson was born in Crane, TX on August 29, 1931. Mrs. Patterson was married to Larry Patterson for 52 years, with whom she also worked side by side at Patterson Communications and Electronics for the majority of those years. Mrs. Patterson was also a long-time faithful member of First Baptist Church Biloxi. Gwen was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Dunaway; her sister, Betty Jo; her daughter, Pam; and son, Michael. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry; sister, Dorothy Jay of New Iberia, LA; her three children, Debbie Ramsey of Ocean Springs, MS, Billy Patterson of Biloxi, MS and Susie Hendrick of Beavercreek, OH; her seven grandchildren, Christina Pahl and Nicholas Patterson of Biloxi, MS, Beth Ramsey and Patrick Ramsey of Ocean Springs, MS, Will Hendrick, Drew Hendrick and T.J. Hendrick of Beavercreek, OH; and one great-granddaughter, Hannah Pahl of Biloxi, MS. A visitation will be held Friday, April 22, 2005, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi, MS. The services will be Saturday, April 23, 2005, at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church Biloxi, 1560 Popps Ferry Road, Biloxi, MS. Burial will follow at Southern Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Media Productions Ministry, First Baptist Church Biloxi.
