Harmony Garner Carter

Harmony Garner Carter, age 40, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021. She was born on March 21, 1981 in Biloxi, MS where she remained a lifelong resident. She received her Associate’s Degree from William Carey College. She worked at the Silver Slipper and at Treasure Bay as a dealer. She managed two Rocky Horror Picture Shows at Silver Screen, enjoyed several crafting hobbies and was devoted to taking care of her son, Aiden. Harmony is preceded in death by her daughter, Lilith. Left to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert “Bob” Carter, II; her children, Christopher and Aiden; parents, Debi Sane Garner and Bruce Alan Garner; sibling, Bruce Aaron Garner; and her dog, Prudence. A memorial service will be held in the fellowship hall on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Coalville United Methodist Church, 12298 Shorecrest Road, Biloxi, MS 39532. Reception to follow after service. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made to Go Fund Me in the name of Harmony Garner Carter.
