Harris "Bob" Christopoulos

Harris “Bob” Christopoulos, 67, of Biloxi died Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Bob was a native of Patra Greece and a graduate of University of Michigan. He was a retired Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with Ingalls Shipbuilding. Bob was an avid dog lover, rescuing many homeless animals and a Professional Gambler, winning many poker and blackjack tournaments. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Alexios and Constandina Antonopoulos Christopoulos. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Christopoulos; daughter, Alexia Christopoulos; sister, Eleni Gerogianni (Giannis); and countless beloved friends. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to be made to The Humane Society of South MS, 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS 39501, 228-863-3354 or to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, 1-800-805-5856. Services will be Friday, November 8, 2013 at 8:30 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
