Helen L. Stringer Wade

Mrs. Helen L. Stringer Wade, age 83, of the St. Martin Community, died Tuesday, November 10, 2009, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Wade was a longtime resident of the coast and with her husband, Jeff Wade, was the owner and operator of Wade Tile Company in Ocean Springs for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Wade, a sister, Ouida Tolar, and six brothers, J.W. Stringer, Buck Stringer, Gene Stringer, Frank Stringer, Jerry Stringer and Kenneth Carroll Stringer. Survivors include a son, Sonny (Julie) Wade of Ocean Springs, MS., sister, Sue Breakfield, two brothers, Ben Stringer and Donald Stringer, all of Columbia, MS., two grandsons, Keith (Rachel) Wade and Kevin (Amy) Wade, and four great-grandchildren, Max Wade, Zach Wade, Anastasia Wade and Kaiden Wade. Visitation will be on Friday, November 13, 2009, from 10 AM - 11 AM, with an 11 AM chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in D'Iberville Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Home of Grace, 14200 Jericho Rd., Vancleave, MS. 39565, or to ones' favorite charity.
