Helen Hatem Lizana Tanner

Helen Hatem Lizana Tanner, 79, went to meet her Savior in the arms of her infant son, Fred Anthony Lizana and her treasured daughter, Stacey Lizana Hunt on November 22, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. Helen was preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Verlena Cuevas Hatem; sister: Rosemary Hatem; son: Fred Anthony; daughter: Stacey; and great grandson: Cameron Lizana. She is survived by sisters: Mary Ellen (Maggie) Ladner and Patricia Hatem (Ralph) Head; brothers: Joseph (Pete) Hatem and Mickey (Sandy) Hatem; children: Stephanie Lizana VanZandt, Debbie Lizana (Tim) Johnson, Jay (Betty) Lizana and Sandy Lizana (Wade) Comer; son-in-law: Gary Hunt; and eighteen grandchildren and spouses and twenty-three great grandchildren: Brooke (Walt, Hadley, Farron)Thomas, Rondi (Kristin, Colin, Evan) Wahl, Britni (Aaron, Kyler, Tryus, Nolan) Cobb, Brandi (David, Devon, Alaya, Brenden) Warthen, Brandon (Heather, Keegan, Kal) Lizana, Joey (Lisa, Colby, Zachary) Lizana-Lyon, Hope (Kaleb, Emmalee) Lizana Lott, Kenny (Katrina, Sean, Kylie) Head, Andrea (Mike, Zayden) Hunt, Asa (Sarah) Hunt, Jordan (Jonathan) Hunt, Heather (Gracie, Madelyn) Dauzat, Jaelyn Lizana, Henry Lizana, Bradley Gallagher, Garrett (Megan, Rayden, Gatlin) Bond, Logan Comer and Kaylee Comer. She will be greatly missed by all. The funeral service will be Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Lizana where friends may visit beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Wolf River Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road is in charge of arrangements.
