Helen Maria Borrego

Helen Maria Dasis Borrego, 71, of Ocean Springs, died Monday, August 24, 2009 in Ocean Springs. Ms. Borrego was born on October 18, 1936, to Arthur and Angelina Dasis. She was a resident of Ocean Springs. She was kind to homeless people and never denied anybody a place to stay. She was a loving person that will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & Angelina Dasis, two sons, Ricky Borrego and Jesse Borrego, and daughter, Deanna M. Borrego. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Tran; three sons, Johnny Gary Borrego, Michael Borrego, and Marty Borrego; two sisters, Cathy Fletcher and Irene, and two brothers, Christopher Dasis, and George Dasis. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home , 911 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, is in charge of arrangements. (228) 875-1266.
