Henry Joseph Blanchard

Henry Joseph Blanchard, 80, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 10, 2015. Born in Belle Rose, Louisiana to Harry Jules and Hazel Marie Blanchard, he lived most of his life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He served in the Marine Corp and received the Korean Service Medal, UN Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Korean PUC. He was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason. He owned Henry's Air & Heating business in Ocean Springs for 35 years. He loved to travel and had a passion for fixing anything. Henry was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Mary Dale Blanchard. He is survived by his daughter, Dinah Lynn Barnes; and his grandson, Brandon Joseph Hutchinson. Services will be held Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 1:30pm at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
