Henry F. "Hank" Corwin, Jr.

Henry F. “Hank” Corwin, Jr., 73, of D’Iberville, MS, died Monday, March 25, 2013 in Gulfport. Mr. Corwin was a native of New York State, living many years in Nashville, TN. As a musician he played with numerous artists at the Grand Ole Opry and he was the first steel guitar player to appear on stage in Russia. Mr. Corwin retired on the coast in 2003. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Barbara A. Corwin of D’Iberville; his brother, Patrick Corwin of New York; and his uncle, Jack Flanagan of New York. Services will be held at a later date. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
