Henry Sidney Goings

S/Sgt. Henry Sidney Goings, U. S. Air Force Retired, 75, of Biloxi, MS, died Saturday, February 16, 2008, in Biloxi. Mr. Goings was born in Franklinton, LA and had been a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. He was a retired U. S. Air Force Veteran of Vietnam and a life member of V.F.W. Post #2434. Mr. Goings was preceded in death by his son, Charles Ray Goings; parents, John A. Goings and Lucille Martin; and a brother, John A. Goings, Jr. Survivors include two daughters, Tammy Spiers of Biloxi, and Karen Cole of Ocean Springs; his son, Sidney Goings and his wife, Robin, of Biloxi; and 7 grandchildren, Jeremy Goings, Meghan Goings and Kaitlyn Goings of Biloxi, Brandon Webb, Howard Steven Spiers, Jr., Shelby Cole and Zachary Spiers of Ocean Springs. Visitation is Tuesday, February 19, 2008, from 6 until 9 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., in Biloxi. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery with full military honors.
