Herbert French "Ted" Kuhn, 74, died Thursday, May 24, 2007 in Ocean Springs.
Mr. Kuhn, was a resident of Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1965. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, retired from Keesler AFB in 1978 with 24 years of service. He was a faithful member of Lemoyne Blvd. Baptist Church.
Mr. Kuhn was preceded in death by his parents, Hobert and Maggie Kuhn, and his grandparents, French and Ida Murphy.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Audrey C. Kuhn; a daughter, Shirley Mayo of Gulfport; three sons, Freddie D. Kuhn and his wife, Karen, of Gulfport, Alan D. Kuhn and his wife, Pam, of Biloxi, and Alvin "Herbie" Kuhn and his wife, Rosalind, of Biloxi; four sisters, Madia Kline of Madison, OH, Gladia Swiger of Perry, OH, Peggy Slator of Hartsgrove, OH and Connie Mangine of Gahana, OH; two brothers, Billy Kuhn of Perry, OH and Alton Kuhn of Thompson, OH; nine grandchildren, Herbert Ralph Kuhn, Kristin Kuhn, Jennifer Mayo, Amanda Mayo, Matthew Kuhn, Jeremy Kuhn, Meagon Kuhn, Marshall Kuhn, and Jordan Kuhn, and two great grandchildren, Jacob Kuhn and Haley Kuhn.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to "Ministry Garden" and "Children's Fishing Rodeo" Ministries of Lemoyne Blvd. Baptist Church, 15005 Lemoyne Blvd., D'Iberville, MS 39532.
Visitation is Monday, May 28, 2007, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. Funeral services will be 10 a. m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
