Herbert Lawrence Skinner

Herbert Lawrence Skinner, 56, of Biloxi, died Tuesday, May 2, 2006 in Biloxi. Mr. Skinner was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam. He was a shipfitter with Northrup Grumman in Pascagoula. Mr. Skinner was preceded in death by his step-son, Scott Seymour and his granddaughter, Taylor Cook. Survivors include his wife, Lillie Seymour Skinner, daughter, Lyn Marie Roberts, sister, Alice Skinner Seymour, and 2 granddaughters, Shelby Cook, and Tiffany Seymour. Visitation will be 6-9:00 P.M., Thursday, May 4, 2006 at Pass Road Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe in Biloxi. A graveside service will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, May 5, 2006 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
