Herbert E. Webb, age 86, died Thursday, November 19, 2015, in Wiggins. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy and U. S. Army having served during the Korean Conflict. He was formerly employed as an electrical lineman in the construction field and enjoyed fishing and caring for his home and boat. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wiggins and the American Legion. He was also a 32 degree Mason of Lodge #481 in Wiggins. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lucy Webb, his sister, Nettie Lou Izell; and his brother, Glen Buckingham. He is survived by his wife, Kay Webb; daughter, Ashley Stearns; step-daughters, Debra Stroud, Stacy Kielborn and Dianne Haschke; son, Eric G. Webb; step-son, David Black; sisters, Carol Atchison, Blanche Stockwell, Lucy Prohoda, Glenda Corfee and Martha Garner; brothers, Terry Webb and Henry Webb; one grandchild; seven step grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held Thursday, December 3, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, in Biloxi. A procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. for graveside services at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
