Howard Thomas "Tommy" Witt

Howard Thomas “Tommy” Witt, Jr., age 70, of Gulfport passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Tommy was born on August 15, 1951 in Tupelo, MS. He grew up in Ocean Springs and graduated from Ocean Springs High School. Tommy served in the U.S. Army for four years. He loved playing the drums and listening to music. He will be deeply missed and loved forever. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Thomas Witt, Sr. and Mary Nell Glavan-Kirsch and sister, Judy Carolyn Witt. Survivors include his children, Jessica (Matt) Boudreaux, Chris Witt, Allison Witt, and Stephen Witt; four grandchildren; siblings, Terry Witt and Cindy Witt; niece, Stacy Witt; and his pet, Bentley. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. There will be a reception after the service at 126 Brentwood Boulevard, Gulfport, MS 39503.
