Hubert Carlton Rackley, Jr.

Hubert Carlton Rackley, Jr., age 77, of Ocean Springs, passed away Friday, October 4, 2013. Hubert was a resident of the Ocean Springs community for 45 years. He retired from the US Air Force as a Technical Sergeant and retired from Jones County Junior College as an Electronics Professor. Hubert is preceded in death by his parents, Melba and Hubert Rackley, Sr. Survivors include his loving wife, Carol Rackley of Ocean Springs, MS; sons, Carl (Paige) Rackley of Gulfport, MS; Doug (Lisa) Rackley of Biloxi, MS and William Rackley of Burleson, TX; daughters, Andra (Tim) Overstreet of Houston, TX and Wendy (Todd) Teismann of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren, Lauren and Jordan Rackley, Mary Claire Rackley and Sean and Jason Teismann. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit one hour prior.
